Our next introductory session in Carmarthen is on Monday the 12th January, 12pm - 2pm. 

We invite you to come along to this Intro Session to find out about the course, see our space and meet our friendly and supportive female coaches and volunteers.

The course is totally free and we can assist with travel and childcare costs if required.
