Marie Curie provide support for all individuals diagnosed with any terminal illness.
Carmarthenshire respite care at home service provides respite to individuals in their own homes, both day and night. We are able to support individuals with a diagnosis of any terminal/life limiting illness in their last 6 months of life. If there is a diagnosis of dementia then we are able to support in the last 12 months of life. Our Health Care Assistants are trained to provide emotional and practical support to both the patient and their loved ones/carers.
