Carers Trust Crossroads West Wales is a local registered charity that provides support to unpaid carers of all ages, including young carers, across West Wales. In Carmarthenshire, we have a range of services to meet the needs of local carers including the Money Matters Project offering help with income maximisation and respite opportunities.

My role as Service Development Manager is varied but includes securing funding and developing new services to meet the needs of carers in our communities.
